Heard Sri Ajey Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that under some financial constraints the amount as ordered by this Court could not be deposited by the revisionist. He prays that revisionist may be granted some further time to deposit the amount as well as for taking steps for service upon respondent no.2.
In view of the aforesaid, one week and no more time is granted to the revisionist to deposit the amount as well as for taking steps for service upon respondent no.2 in pursuance of earlier order dated 20.02.2024 passed by this Court.
List this case on 15.04.2024 for appearance of respondent no.2 before this Court in compliance of earlier order passed by this Court.
