1. Heard Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri Rakesh Kumar Singh, the learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Ram Milan Yadav, the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2.

1. By means of the instant revision filed under Section 19 (4) of Family Court Act, the revisionist has challenged the validity of the impugned order dated 06.01.2024, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.599 of 2021, filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. whereby the Family Court has ordered the revisionist to pay Rs.4,000/per month as maintenance to his wife-the opposite party no.2 and it has been provided that the amount ordered to be paid as maintenance in any other proceeding will be adjusted in the payment of this amount. A sum of Rs.3,000/- per month has already been awarded to the opposite party no.2 as maintenance in the proceedings under Section 12 of Protection of Women under Domestic Violence Act.
