Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant Saurabh Tiwari has already been granted interim bail by the learned trial court vide order dated 06.02.2024.
Accordingly, it is directed that till the next date of listing, the appellant Saurabh Tiwari shall remain on interim bail with the same terms and conditions as imposed by the learned trial Court while granting the interim bail to the appellant.
