The order dated 07.10.2023 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge / F.T.C.-Ist, Jaunpur whereby discharge application under Section 227 Cr.P.C. of the revisionist has been rejected, is the subject matter of challenge in the present criminal revision.
Perusal of order dated 07.10.2023 shows that 01.11.2023 was the date fixed for framing of charge against the revisionist, whereas learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revisionist submits that to the best of his knowledge, till date charge has not been framed against the revisionist.
Let a report be called for from the concerned Presiding Officer with regard to present status of trial of the revisionist.
