On the matter being taken up, Mr. A.P. Tewari, learned counsel for the revisionists submits that the instant criminal revision was preferred against the order dated 11.03.2024 whereby Chhotu, Harijan and Priyanka were summoned for their statement.
Since during the pendency of this criminal revision, statement of aforesaid witnesses have already been recorded, therefore, cause of this criminal revision has lost its efficacy.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionists at the Bar, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
