On the matter being taken up, Mr. Braham Vishal Nayak, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the impugned order dated 02.02.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-06, District Varanasi has been recalled by the same Court, therefore, cause of this criminal revision has lost its efficacy.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist at the Bar, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
