The order dated 22.12.2023 passed by Additional City Magistrate (Second), Aligarh in Case No. 208 of 2022 (Nutan Kumar Garg Vs. Atul Sharma) under Section 145 Cr.P.C. is the subject matter of challenge in the present criminal revision whereby attachment order under Section 146(1) Cr.P.C. has been passed.
On the matter being taken up, Mr. Himanshu Upadhyay, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist does not want to press this criminal revision, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Learned A.G.A. representing the State has no objection to such prayer of learned counsel for the revisionist.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist at the bar, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed.
