The order dated 30.01.2024 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 32, Shahjahanpur whereby complaint of the revisionist Smt. Laikunnisha has been dismissed is the subject matter of challenge in the present criminal revision.
On the matter being taken up, Mr. Gaurav Gupta, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist does not want to press this criminal revision, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Learned A.G.A. representing the State has no objection to such prayer of learned counsel for the revisionist.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist at the bar, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed.
