Learned Counsel for the petitioners is not present, however, learned Counsel for the respondent No.4 and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents are present.

By means of this petition, petitioners have assailed the F.I.R. dated 17.09.2024 registered as F.I.R./Case Crime No.0418 of 2024 under Sections 115(2), 85, 82(1), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, at Police Station Pali, District Hardoi.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submits that the respondent No.4 is ready and willing to go for mediation as proposed by the petitioners. She further submits that in furtherance of earlier orders of this Court, the demand draft of Rs.40,000/- be paid to the respondent No.4 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court at Lucknow and parties may be sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for settlement of their dispute amicably through mediation.

Accordingly, the matter is referred to the Mediation and

Conciliation Centre of this Court. Let the parties appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 20.11.2024 on the said date learned Counsel for the petitioners shall positively handover the demand draft of Rs.40,000/which is in his possession as per order dated 08.11.2024 to the respondent No.4. The Mediation Centre shall conclude the mediation proceedings within a period of six weeks and submit its report before this Court.

List this case in the second week of January, 2025.

Till the next date of listing, the petitioners shall not be arrested in the aforesaid F.I.R./Case Crime number, subject to full cooperation in the investigation of the case.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No.4 shall communicate this order to learned Counsel for the petitioners for necessary compliance and action.
