Ms. Neelam Tiwari, the petitioner (in-person) as well as Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State and perused the record.

The petitioner (in-person) prays for and is permitted to implead Ms. Deeksha Tiwari as opposite party no.4 and KTL Automobile Pvt. Ltd., R-Square Complex, Vipul Khand-6, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow as opposite party no.5 during the course of the day.

Learned A.G.A.-I for the State has accepted notice on behalf of the State Opposite Party No.1.

Let notice be issued to the opposite party nos.2 to 5 through concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate by FAX or other electronic means of fastest communication for their personal appearance before this Court on 22.08.2024.

Steps be taken within a week from today.

Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State shall inform the Station House Officer, Kaiser Bagh, Lucknow as well as the Station House Officer, Police Station Gomti Nagar, Lucknow to produce the opposite party no.2, Abhishek Mishra and opposite party no.5, Managing Director of KTL Automobile Pvt. Ltd., R-Square Complex, Vipul Khand-6, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow before this Court on 22.08.2024.

The opposite party no.3, Chandra Prakash Mishra and the opposite party no.4, Deeksha Tiwari are also directed to appear in person before this Court on 22.08.2024 without fail. The petitioner, Ms. Neelam Tiwari is also directed to appear in person before this Court on 22.08.2024.

Learned A.G.A.-I for the State Opposite Party No.1 as well as the opposite party Nos.2 to 5 may file counter

affidavit/objections, if any, by the next date of listing.
