- Shri Shubham Tripathi, the learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Manoj Kumar Dubey, the learned counsel for the opposite party jointly stated that subsequent to filing of the transfer application, the parties have reconciled their dispute and they are living together. Both the learned counsels state that the transfer application has become infructuous.
- Accordingly, the transfer application is dismissed as having become infructuous .
