Sri Rajendra Prasad Advocate has filed his Power on behalf of Smt.Sudha Devi/ respondent no.4, who has also appeared in person before this Court.
Smt. Sudha Devi /respondent no.4 as well as her counsel have stated that they have no objection if the dispute be sent to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. There is no documentary evidence is on record to show that the petitioners have made out the draft of Rs.30000/in favour of respondent no.4.
The power filed by Sri Rajendra Prasad on behalf of respondent no.4, is taken on record.
Since the respondent no.4 has appeared in person and has expressed her willingness to settle the dispute through Mediation now, she may not appear on the next date of listing in person and her counsel Sri Rajendra Prasad shall assist the Court.
