On 02.08.2024, the following order was passed by this Court.
"Investigating Officer of the case Sri Mahesh Kumar is present in person before the Court and states that C.T. scan conducted at the King George Medical University (K.G.M.U.), Lucknow and it is informed by the medical college that the report will be submitted after 15 days.
Learned AGA is directed to seek complete instructions from Vice Chancellor, K.G.M.U., Lucknow as to how in serious head injury matters C.T. scan report is being provided after 15 days and what is the line of treatment followed by the Doctors for the said 15 days.
List this case on 06.08.2024 amongst top ten cases in the additional cause list.
The Vice Chancellor, K.G.M.U. Lucknow shall fully cooperate and provide the record/instructions."
In compliance of the aforesaid order, learned A.G.A. states that he has not received any instructions from the Vice Chancellor, K.G.M.U., Lucknow.
