Both petitioner No.1- husband and opposite party No.5- wife are present in person before the Court.
A draft of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two lacs only) is handed over by the counsel for the petitioners to opposite party No.5- wife. Petitioner No.1 and opposite party No.5 both are agreed that there is a possibility of settlement in the matter, however, process should be completed expeditiously.
