Sri Ravindra Shukla, Advocate has filed power on behalf of respondent no.4 today in Court and the same is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Ravindra Shukla, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and learned A.G.A. for State.
Petitioner/wife has approached this Court against respondent no.4-husband for lodging of the F.I.R.
Petitioner Rinku Yadav-wife and respondent no.4 Vimal Kumar-husband are present in person before this Court who are identified by their counsels.
Learned counsels for parties have submitted that both the parties are ready to settle the dispute amicably through Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court at Lucknow. Therefore, matter may be sent to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
In view of the above, we hereby appoint Sri Sunil Sharma, Advocate as mediator of this matter. Both the parties shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 29.07.2024. The first session of mediation proceedings shall be commenced on 29.07.2024. Parties shall cooperate in the mediation proceedings. No parties shall take unnecessary
adjournment. So as to settle the dispute, the mediator may call the family members of the parties. After completion of the mediation proceedings, a report of the mediator shall be submitted before this Court.
List this case before this Court on 21.08.2024 along with the report of mediation proceedings.
