Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this petition on merits and wants to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy available in law in appropriate proceedings.
Learned Counsel for the private respondent as well as learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioners.
