petitioners, Shri Zafar Abbas, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State in all the connected matters.

By means of Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.15221 of 2024, Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.14777 of 2024 and Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.15469 of 2024 the petitioners are seeking quashing of the impugned first information report dated 28.05.2024, registered as case crime no.24 of 2024, under sections 498A, 307, 377, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Auraiya and by means of Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.12841 of 2024 the petitioners are seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 07.04.2024, case crime no.59 of 2024, under Section 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Expressway, District Commissionerate, Gautam Budh Nagar.

We find that vide order dated 03.09.2024 Criminal Misc. Writ Petition no.15469 of 2024 (Sulabh Soni vs.State of U.P. and 3 Others) was connected alongwith Criminal Misc. Writ petition No.15221 of 2021 and both the matters were referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for settling the matrimonial dispute amicably and interim protection was also granted to the petitioners. Thereafter Criminal Misc. Writ Petition no.12841 of 2024, Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.14777 of 2024 and Criminal Misc. Writ petition No.15469 of 2024 were connected with Criminal Misc. Writ petition No.15221 of 2021 but interim protection was not granted to the petitioners in the aforesaid writ petitions.

In such view of the matter, office is directed to sent all the writ petitions before the mediation centre of this Court to be considered alongwith Criminal Misc. Writ Petition no.15469 of 2024 (Sulabh Soni vs.State of U.P. and 3 Others).

List after four weeks before appropriate bench alongwith all connected matters with mediation report.

¶21

Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in all the writ petition.
