1. Learned counsel for the appellant and learned AGA for State-respondent no.1 are present.
2. This is an appeal filed by the appellant to assail the impugned judgment and order dated 24.09.2024, whereby the appellant has come to be convicted under Section 354-B, 323 IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act in Sessions Trial No.188 of 2020, Case Crime No.371 of 2019, police station Kakori, District Lucknow.
3. Admit.
4. Summon trial court records.
5. Issue notice to opposite party nos.2 to 5, returnable at an early date.
6. Steps be taken within a week.
7. List immediately after expiry of four weeks along with service report.
8. Attention of this Court has been drawn towards the fact that the appellant was on interim bail granted to him vide order dated 24.09.2024.
