1. Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the appellant has criminal history of two cases other than the present case to which learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted two weeks time to explain the criminal history of the appellant by means of filing supplementary affidavit.
2. List this appeal in the week commencing 20.01.2025 .
3. Till the next date of listing, the present appellant- Suresh shall continue to remain on interim bail on the same terms, which has been granted to him vide order dated 27.08.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, POCSO Act, Court No.12, Sultanpur in Special Sessions Trial No.529 of 2022 titled State vs. Suresh arising out of Case Crime No.31 of 2021, under Sections 354(ka), 354(kha), 506 I.P.C. and Sections 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kamrauli, District Amethi.
