Learned AGA submits that he does not intend to file any objections to the aforesaid application.
On due consideration, the application is allowed. Let respondent no.2, as per details given in paragraph 5 of the affidavit filed in support of the application, be impleaded during course of the day.
After impleadment, issue notice to respondent no.2. Steps be taken within a week.
All the respondents may file objections within four weeks to which the appellant may file reply within next two weeks. List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
