The supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Learned A.G.A. submits that the offence is of 2012. The appellant was absconding for a period of ten years. A prize of Rs.25,000/- was declared upon him. In 2022, the appellant was arrested. It is not a case for bail.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that four prosecution witnesses have been examined and none of them has supported the prosecution case.
In view of above, let status of trial be summoned.
