Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused material on record.

The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to allow the present application and direct the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar to decide the Criminal Case No. 54 of 2023 (Lalita Vs. Lokesh) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Dadri, District-Gautam Buddha Nagar, pending in the court of learned Additional Family Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar, within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is wife of opposite party no. 2, who is neglecting for maintenance, therefore, she filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before learned court as Criminal Case No. 54 of 2023 (Lalita Vs. Lokesh) which is pending before the learned court. Therefore, request to direct the learned court to decide the application within stipulated period of time.

Learned A.G.A. has also no objection in this regard.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for applicant as well as learned A.G.A., perusal of record, it is expedient to direct the learned court to make its endeavour to decide the case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six months, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.

Accordingly, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally.
