Heard Shri Chitranshu Srivastava, learned counsel for the review applicant and Shri Anil Kumar Yadav, Advocate, under the authority of Shri Abhinav Singh, learned counsel representing the respondent no. 5. Shri Hari Kant Shukla, learned Sanding Counsel, has accepted notice on behalf of State respondents and Shri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent no. 9, Gaon Sabha concerned.
This review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 01.05.2024, passed by this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 7355 of 2024. By the said order this court had declined to interfere with the impugned orders passed by the Revenue authorities.
Having heard learned counsel for the Review Applicant the Court finds no good ground to review its order.
The review petition is accordingly dismissed .
