Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that due to some inadvertent mistake certain facts are left to be mentioned in the revision and the prayer is not happily worded and prayed that the revisionist may be permitted to withdraw the present revision as dismiss as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
As prayed, the revision is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the revisionist to file afresh.
