On, 27.02.2024, the following order was passed:-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner shall furnish a copy of this contempt petition to the learned counsel for the State today itself.
Learned State counsel is directed to seek instructions with respect to compliance of the order passed by the writ court dated 20-12-2023; in Writ A No. 9820 of 2023; by the next date of listing.
As prayed, list/put up this matter in the next week, as fresh. "
Sri Ram Swaroop, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that on 29.02.2024, a letter was sent while seeking instruction from the opposite party, but none responded.
The counsel for the petitioner has shown anxiety that the petitioner is going to be superannuated on 31.03.2024, itself. He added that the opposite party is adopting delay dallying tactics so as to frustrate the order passed by the writ court.
