Sri Mohit Johari, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, as the petitioner has been reinstated in the service in terms of the order dated 20.12.2023, passed in Writ-A No. 9820 of 2023. He has placed the order dated 07.03.2024 before this Court, which has not been denied by the counsel for the petitioner.
The counsel for the petitioner has raised the objection that the petitioner is not allowed to join from the date of the order of the writ court, thus, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the Writ-A No. 9820 of 2023.
In view of the above, no wilful contempt is made out at this stage.
Contempt notices are hereby discharged.
