The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 6.5.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 6914 of 2024 whereby this Court had directed the opposite party to decide, within a period of four months, the representation of the applicant.
It has been stated that no orders have yet been passed on the representation of the applicant.
Issue notice to the opposite party fixing 7.1.2025 on which date the opposite party shall either file a compliance affidavit indicating full compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court or shall be personally present in the Court.
