The Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar is personally present in the Court and has filed his affidavit which is taken on record.
The opposite parties are also personally present in the Court and have filed their affidavits which are taken on record.
It has been stated in the affidavit filed by the Commissioner of Police that disciplinary proceedings have been instituted against opposite party no. 2 as well as one Heena Parveen a lady constable posted at the same police station. It has been further stated that another Sub-Inspector, Smt. Lalita Chauhan has been transferred to Gautam Budh Nagar and letter has been written to the Commissioner of Police, Gautam Budh Nagar to take disciplinary proceedings against her.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records.
