Heard the counsel for the applicant.
The present contempt application has been filed pleading noncompliance of the order dated 22.3.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 7649 of 2024.
The order passed by the Writ Court does not issue any command to the opposite party or adjudicate any right of the applicant.
In view of the aforesaid, no disobedience of the order of the Writ Court and consequently, contempt can be imputed to the opposite party.
The contempt application is not maintainable and is dismissed .
