The present contempt application has been filed pleading noncompliance of the order dated 14.3.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 2471 of 2024.
The applicant has the remedy to approach the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate or the Superintendent of Police, as the applicant may be advised, for redressal of his grievance and it is not a case for instituting proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
The application is dismissed .
