The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 3.11.2022 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 32928 of 2022.
From the records annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application, I do not find any willful disobedience on the part of the Presiding Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case.
The contempt application is dismissed.
