In the present contempt application, the applicant has pleaded violation of the order dated 11.3.2022 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 6263 of 2022.
Writ-C No. 6263 of 2022 was occasioned because by order dated 12.2.2022, the security given to the applicant was withdrawn. This Court vide its order dated 11.3.2022 stayed the operation of the order dated 12.2.2022 for a period of two weeks or till the respondents authorities decided the representation of the petitioner. It was further provided that till decision of the representation, the security granted to the petitioner previously through the order dated 12.2.2022 shall continue.
It has been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application that without any decision on the representation of the petitioner, the authorities on oral order have withdrawn the security given to the petitioner/applicant.
Issue notice to the opposite parties, who may file their counter affidavit by the next date fixed.
