The present application has been filed pleading violation of the order dated 17.5.2012 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 24191 of 2012.
It has been stated in the application that the parties have changed the status quo by putting extra soil on the disputed plot.
The averments made by the applicant in the affidavit do not indicate violation of status quo order so as to occasion proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
The application is dismissed.
