In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Tejasvi Mishra representing the opposite party has filed his affidavit stating that the representation filed by the applicant was decided by the Vice Chairman, Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad vide his order dated 17.07.2024 and Rs. 19,03,336/- has been paid as the retiral dues to the husband of the retired employee.
In view of the fact that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The contempt application is disposed of . The file of the case be consigned to records. Notice is discharged.
