The present contempt application has been filed pleading noncompliance of the order dated 13.9.2023 passed by this Court in Matters under Article 227 No. 9423 of 2023.
The non-compliance has been alleged against the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura. The order-sheet of the case annexed with the affidavit does not show any willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court by the opposite party.
No contempt can be attributed to the opposite party,
The application is dismissed .
