In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court, which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that Case Crime No. 226 of 2024, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. read with Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been registered on the complaint of the applicant.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The contempt application is disposed of.
