The present application has been filed stating contempt of judgement and decree dated 1.9.2006 passed by this Court in Testamentary Suit No. 2 of 1986 whereby probate of the Will was issued for its execution in accordance with the wishes of the testator. The opposite parties are the heirs of the executor of the Will.
It has been stated that the Will is not being executed in accordance with the wishes of the testator as recorded in the Will.
The applicant has other remedies.
No letter of administration was issued.
No contempt is made out.
The application is dismissed.
