The present contempt application has been filed pleading disobedience of the order dated 4.12.2014 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 52588 of 2014.
The applicant has the remedy to file appropriate complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C./175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 before the concerned Magistrate.
In view of the aforesaid, I do not consider for instituting the contempt proceedings against the opposite parties under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
The contempt application is dismissed.
