In execution of the bailable warrant, the opposite party is present in the Court and has filed a compliance affidavit stating that the representation of the applicants has been decided vide order dated 28.6.2024 passed by the Regional Level Committee, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh as commanded by the order dated 23.2.2023 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 3533 of 2023.
In view of the fact that the order of the writ court has been complied with, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
