Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 22.09.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 8045 of 2023 has been wilfully defied by the respondents.

Let notice be issued to the respondent, namely, Khalid Siddique, Executive Engineer, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Electricity Urban Distribution Division (Chinhat), Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow within a week to show cause as to why he should not be punished for wilfull disobedience of the directions of this Court, returnable within two weeks failing which the charges may be framed after summoning the contemnor.

Office is directed to send a copy of this order along with the notice.

List this case on 21.11.2024 as fresh.

Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to delete the name of Bhawani Singh Khangarot, Managing Director, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Lucknow from the array of respondents, forthwith.
