It is informed that respondent no. 2 has already passed formal order to the District Inspector of Schools, District
Kushinagar to ensure compliance of the order of writ Court. It is also informed by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that District Inspector of Schools, District Kushinagar has already passed the order on 25.09.2024 addressing to the Manager/Principal of the College in question for forwarding the salary bills of the applicant, on which, the In-charge Manager reported that the Manager is Out of Station and he shall forward salary bill of the applicant.
