Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions received from the respondent has submitted that firstly, the account of the defaulter was seized but there was nothing in his account, thereafter the property has been seized and it is going to be put on auction for the purposes of recovery as directed by RERA for which six weeks' time may be granted.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant understands that there is a procedure, as such he has no objection in granting time to the respondent.
As prayed by learned Standing counsel, six weeks' time is granted.
List this case in the week commencing 02.12.2024.
By the next date of listing, the respondent shall file an affidavit of service, failing which he shall appear in person for framing of charges.
