Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the impugned orders dated 19.4.2006 and 21.4.2006 have been withdrawn by the District Magistrate by its order dated 15.5.2006 during the pendency of the present writ petition and the same has been brought on record by filing a short counter affidavit dated 17.5.2006, hence the present writ petition has become infructuous.
