- "1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order of this Court dated 3.5.2024 passed in Writ A No.11854 of 2018 (Sudhir Kumar Verma & Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.) has been willfully defied by the respondent.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the claim of regularization of the applicant was rejected by the competent authority, which was challenged before this Court in Writ A No.11854 of 2018, which was allowed by setting aside the order passed by the competent authority with a direction to consider the claim of the applicant for regularization within a period of six week's from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order but till today same has not been complied with.
