Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions received has submitted that in compliance of the interim order dated 01.02.2024, the applicants have started getting the regular monthly salary.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants are entitled for payment of regular salary w.e.f. the date of passing of the interim order whereas the applicants have started getting the salary from 16.08.2024, so the compliance of the interim order has not been made in letter and spirit.
At this stage, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that four weeks' time may be granted for filing compliance affidavit for compliance of the interim order dated 01.02.2024 passed in favour of the applicants in its letter and spirit.
