Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 has very fairly submitted that in pursuance of judgment and order dated 27.09.2023 passed in Writ-A No.7013 of 2023, a decision has been taken by respondent No.4, which is not in consonance with the judgment passed by the Writ Court and the matter requires revisit by the respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 prays for and is granted two weeks' time for filing compliance affidavit, failing which respondent No.4 shall appear in person on the next date of listing for the purpose of framing of charges for noncompliance of the judgment and order dated 27.09.2023.
