"1. Heard Ms. Charu Singh Srinet holding brief of Shri Tideep Narayan Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
2. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, while filing written instructions duly signed by Ms. Falguni Singh, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow dated 10.04.2024 in pursuance of the earlier order, submits that the applicant has been facilitated for residing in the house in question on 10.04.2024. It is also informed that a letter has already been forwarded to the appointing authority of the daughter-in-law of the applicant, namely, Smt. Manisha Nimbekar for payment of Rs.10,000/- per month, as per the order passed by the competent authority.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead Smt. Manisha Nimbekar r/o House No. 4-B/243, Vrindavan Yojna, Sector-4, Raibareli Road, PGI, Lucknow, as respondent no. 3 in the array of the parties, forthwith.
4. List this case on 18.09.2024 within top 10 cases.
5. On the next date, applicant as well as respondent no. 3 shall appear before this Court.
6. S.H.O., P.S. PGI, District Lucknow is directed to ensure the presence of respondent no. 3-Smt. Manisha Nimbekar on the next date before this Court."
District Magistrate concerned. She further submits that account number was provided to her by the applicant in the month of June, 2024, thereafter, payment of Rs. 10,000/- per month is being made in the account of the applicant since June, 2024. She next submits that prior to June, 2024, cash of Rs. 10,000/was given to the applicant.
