(No. 322 of 2024) filed by Shiv Mohan Singh, arising from FIR No.129 of 2019 (Sections 306, 420, 468 IPC, Police Station GRP, Charbagh, Lucknow), disposed of by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench (Hon'ble Rajeev Singh, J.) by order dated 5.3.2024. The application was disposed of because the applicant had already been arrested and his regular bail application had been rejected by the competent court, counsel stating that appropriate remedy would be pursued in accordance with law. In pursuance of an earlier order, Mr Atul Krishna Singh, Deputy Secretary, Lucknow Development Authority, appeared with the complete record and reported that main accused Musafir Singh, dismissed on 05.11.1999 and reinstated on 04.09.2001 in compliance of this Court's order dated 19.04.2001, had his services terminated again vide order dated 24.03.2023 in relation to the FIR, and assured that appropriate proceedings would be adopted by the LDA in the present case as well. The officer's presence was discharged, and Sri Devanand Singh, Investigating Officer, undertook to conclude the investigation expeditiously in accordance with law with the association of the LDA officer and staff.
