1. Heard Sri Syed Ahmad Mehdi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhishesh Kumar Singh, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit, today in the Court, the same is taken on record.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate has stated that though the applicant has explained the criminal history of other 08 cases, but out of them, 03 bail orders have not been annexed with the bail application or with the supplementary affidavit filed today.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted ten days time to file the second supplementary affidavit enclosing therewith the copy of bail orders which have not been enclosed with the bail application or with the supplementary affidavit filed today.

6. In the meantime, the learned Additional Government Advocate may file the counter affidavit.
