Rejoinder affidavit is taken on record.
This is second bail application, the first having been rejected by this Court vide order dated 6.3.2024 passed in Bail No.15424 of 2023.
A perusal of the status report sent by trial Court shows that only P.W.1 has been examined till 30.7.2024.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that three prosecution witnesses have been examined, however, the two children of the deceased, i.e. daughter and son who were present on the day of occurrence have not been examined yet.
In view of the above, the trial court is directed to record the statement of two children of the victim within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
